Sabrina Sakac

Sabrina Sakac is a master’s student in Clinical Developmental Psychology / the Risk and Resilience research area at the Jacobs Center. Her Masters thesis examines the role of pubertal timing in the development of self-injurious behavior during adolescence. Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Zurich. She also completed an internship in Experimental Psychopathology and Psychotherapy. As part of her internship, she was responsible for interacting with study participants and also for diagnostic assessments of anxiety disorders. Sabrina is particularly interested in child and adolescent psychology, from the developmental and clinical points of view, as well as in social psychology.
