Dr. Clarissa Janousch, a researcher in the "Risk & Resilience" team at the Jacobs Center for Productive Youth Development, has been awarded a Postdoc.Mobility fellowship from the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).

We warmly congratulate her on her new research project Uncovering heterogeneous patterns, temporal dynamics, and processes of comorbidity between substance use disorders and other psychiatric disorders in adolescents and young adults.
Starting in fall 2025, Dr. Janousch will continue her research at the Department of Global Public Health within the working group “Epidemiology of Psychiatric Conditions, Substance Use and Social Environment” at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden.
The aim of her project is to conduct a detailed analysis of patterns, temporal dynamics, and developmental processes of comorbidity between substance use disorders and other psychiatric conditions in adolescence and young adulthood. The insights gained will contribute to the development of evidence-based prevention and intervention strategies. The research will be conducted with a unique Swedish registry dataset.
We wish Dr. Janousch great success with this forward-looking project and her research stay in Stockholm!
